A workspace gives a group of people shared chats, files, tasks, memory and connectors, kept apart from everyone's personal work. Everyone in it, the owner included, works on a seat.

- A workspace has at least 2 seats in total.

Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free includes chat, memory, the File manager, web search, voice messages and the Google connectors. Paid plans start at $8 a month and give more usage; Pro and above add image generation, scheduled tasks, every connector and your own AI provider key.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Every paid plan and every workspace seat can be paid monthly or yearly. A year costs the same as ten months.
How do workspace seats work?
Each person in a workspace, the owner included, works on a seat. A Pro, Premium or Max seat costs the same per person per month as that plan and gives its usage and tools. A workspace has at least two seats, and you can mix tiers.
Who can do what in a workspace?
Each person has a role. Owners and admins manage people, seats, connectors and the workspace's AI provider key; members work in the workspace; viewers can read what is shared with them.
Can I use my own AI provider key?
Yes, on Pro, Premium and Max, and in every workspace for teams. Connect your own AI provider account and AI usage in that workspace is billed there instead of counting against the plan. Web search and voice still use the plan, and the plan stays active.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from Settings. On the phone, plans are managed through the App Store or Google Play.
