Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 6, 2026
Last updated: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Agentizer, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company that operates Bluedeer ("Bluedeer", "we", "us", or "our"), handles information when you use our mobile applications and website at bluedeer.ai (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Use.

1. Who we are

Bluedeer is an AI assistant that lets you chat, manage files, remember useful context, schedule tasks, work together in team workspaces, and connect productivity tools.

Bluedeer is operated by Agentizer, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company in the United States. Agentizer, LLC is the data controller responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

For privacy questions, requests, or concerns, contact us at support@bluedeer.ai.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Account information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Your email address and display name
  • Sign-in credentials and security settings managed by our self-hosted identity service (for example, your password, one-time email sign-in codes, passkeys, or an authenticator app you set up for two-factor authentication)
  • (Optional) Your name and email address from Google or Apple when you choose to sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. If you use Apple's "Hide My Email" option, we receive a relay address instead of your real email address.

2.2 Content you provide

We store the content you create or send through the Service so you can return to it later. This includes:

  • Conversations and messages exchanged with the AI assistant, including images and documents you attach
  • Files and artifacts you upload, generate, or organize in your file manager
  • Memories: facts and preferences that you ask the assistant to remember, or that the assistant saves to personalize later conversations. You can ask the assistant to forget a memory at any time.
  • Scheduled tasks and their results
  • Voice recordings you create through the microphone (used to send voice messages or to be transcribed into text), and their transcripts
  • Notes and other content you save inside Bluedeer

We use this content solely to provide the Service to you: to display your conversation history, deliver your files, let the assistant continue conversations across sessions, and run the tasks you ask for. We do not use your content to train AI models or for advertising.

2.3 Integration data

When you connect a third-party integration (Google Sheets, Google Drive, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Google Apps Script, Notion, Jira, or Slack), we receive an OAuth access token from that service and access only the data you explicitly authorize. The assistant reads or changes that data only to carry out your requests (for example, reading a spreadsheet you ask about or drafting an email you ask for). Integration tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect any integration at any time from the app's settings.

Bluedeer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2.4 Subscription and purchase information

When you subscribe to a paid plan or buy team seats, the purchase is processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or, on the web, Stripe. We receive a confirmation of the purchase (such as a receipt, subscription status, and renewal dates) that allows us to grant you access to the subscribed features. We do not collect or store your payment card details.

2.5 Technical information

To keep the Service reliable, we collect:

  • Device type, operating system version, locale, time zone, and app version
  • Crash and error reports from our mobile apps, collected through Sentry. We configure these reports to exclude your chats, prompts, files, and credentials.
  • Diagnostic reports you choose to send from the app ("Report a Problem"), including your description of the problem
  • A push notification token from Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service, if you allow notifications
  • Server logs needed to operate the Service, enforce plan limits, security policies, and rate limits, and investigate problems. These logs are stored on infrastructure we operate.

Our website stores sign-in information in your browser's local storage so you stay signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Service: display conversations, store files, run AI requests and web searches, carry out actions in the integrations you connect, run scheduled tasks, send notifications you allow, and route voice recordings for transcription
  • Manage your account, subscription entitlements, team membership, and access controls
  • Send you essential service communications (account verification, sign-in codes, security alerts, workspace invitations, and changes to our policies)
  • Investigate and fix bugs, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your conversations, files, memories, or voice recordings for advertising or to train AI models.

4. Third parties that process your data

We rely on a small number of service providers ("processors") to operate the Service. Each one only receives the data needed for its specific function.

ProcessorWhat it doesWhat it receives
Hetzner OnlineHosts our servers, databases, file storage, and logsAll data stored by the Service
OpenRouterRoutes AI model requests to the model provider that serves themYour prompts and any context you include

The prompts you submit are transmitted to the AI providers for the purpose of generating a response. The AI provider that serves a request can change as we adjust routing for performance, reliability, and cost; we will keep this list up to date.

5. International data transfers

Our servers are hosted by Hetzner Online in Germany. Some of our processors, including AI model providers, process data in other countries, such as the United States and China. When your data is transferred across borders, we rely on the safeguards available under applicable law.

6. Data sharing and disclosure

We share your information only:

  • With the processors listed in §4, for the limited purposes described
  • With other members of a team workspace, as described in §7
  • When you explicitly direct us to (for example, when you connect a Google or Notion integration, ask the assistant to send an email, or create a share link)
  • When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Bluedeer, our users, or the public

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

7. Team workspaces

If you join a team workspace, content you create there is visible according to its sharing setting:

  • Whole team: every active member of the workspace can see it.
  • Shared: only the people it is shared with can see it.
  • Private: only you can see it. Workspace owners and admins cannot open your private content.

Workspace owners and admins can see the workspace's members, roles, seats, invitations, billing status, and workspace activity. The team that owns a workspace controls the content shared there. If you leave or are removed from a workspace, content you shared with the team may stay in that workspace.

8. Data retention

  • While your account is active, we retain your account information, conversations, files, memories, and other content until you delete them or delete your account, so you can come back to them at any time.
  • When you delete your account, we delete your account information, your Personal workspace and its conversations, files, memories, and other personal data from our active systems. Content you shared in a team workspace may remain in that workspace for its other members.
  • Backups and logs containing residual copies of your data may persist for a limited period before being overwritten in the normal course of operations.
  • We may retain limited records (such as financial transaction records) for longer when required by tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.

9. Account deletion

To delete your account, email support@bluedeer.ai from the address registered with your account, and we will delete it. If you own a team workspace, you need to transfer ownership or delete that workspace first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play; cancel it in your store account settings.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Request deletion of your personal information
  • Request a portable copy of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent for integrations and optional features at any time
  • Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@bluedeer.ai from the email associated with your account. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

11. Data location and access

Bluedeer operates as a global service. Authorized members of our team may access your data from any country to provide support, maintain the Service, and respond to security incidents. Regardless of where access occurs, we apply the same security and confidentiality safeguards described in this policy.

12. Security

We protect your data using industry-standard practices, including:

  • TLS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encryption at rest for credentials, secrets, and integration tokens
  • Strong authentication, with optional two-factor authentication and passkeys
  • Strict access controls limiting who on our team can reach production systems

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. If we discover a security incident affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

13. Children

Bluedeer is intended for general audiences and does not generate adult or sexually explicit content. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age at which parental consent is required in the user's jurisdiction (for example, under 13 in the United States or under 16 in parts of the European Union). If you believe a child has provided personal information to Bluedeer without appropriate consent, please contact support@bluedeer.ai and we will delete the information.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
