How to connect Bitrise

Open Customization, then the Connectors tab.
In Popular connectors, find Bitrise and select Connect.
Sign in with your own Bitrise account on its page and approve. There is nothing to paste.
Each person in the workspace connects their own Bitrise account the first time they use it. Only you can use the connectors you add.
