## What the assistant can do with Sent

Send SMS, WhatsApp and RCS messages to customers.

Ask in plain words in any chat. When a request needs Sent, the assistant uses it for you, and its actions ask for your approval until you choose which can run on their own.

## How to connect Sent

1. Open Customization, then the Connectors tab.
2. In Popular connectors, find Sent and select Connect.
3. Sign in with your own Sent account on its page and approve. There is nothing to paste.
4. Each person in the workspace connects their own Sent account the first time they use it. Only you can use the connectors you add.
