## What the assistant can do with Alma

Look up your nutrition data and food intake in chat.

Ask in plain words in any chat. When a request needs Alma, the assistant uses it for you, and its actions ask for your approval until you choose which can run on their own.

## How to connect Alma

1. Open Customization, then the Connectors tab.
2. In Popular connectors, find Alma and select Connect.
3. Sign in with your own Alma account on its page and approve. There is nothing to paste.
4. Each person in the workspace connects their own Alma account the first time they use it. Only you can use the connectors you add.
